HydraShieldÔ
Sol-gel Coating is a thin-film, silicone
based, polymeric coating
specially synthesized to protect surfaces from high humidity or
weatherable environments. HydraShieldÔ
is capable of withstanding heat loads up to 450C with little or no thermal
breakdown. This amazing
coating is very hydrophobic, and
can be used to repel water in critical electronic applications.
HydraShield is commonly used in applications which require the
following properties: transparent
infrared reflection, low
thermal emissivity, hydrophobic
encapsulation, high heat load
capacity, ductile,
low porosity, anti-corrosion,
surface protection, and
dielectric applications. |
